Taste test the world’s most famous hot dog and then watch as I attempt to hold it down on a nearly 100 year old roller coaster. What the history books have referred to as “America’s Playground”, “Electric Eden”, or by some weirdo in the 1880’s “Sodom By the Sea”

Welcome to NY! I love Coney Island. I have not ridden on Cyclone, but I have been on the Wonder Wheel. It is the greatest. It was the inspiration for the Disneyland Mickey Wheel. Built in 1920 . Thanks for mentioning the movie " Brooklyn" . One of my favorites. If you ever comeback to the NYC area, you need to visit Rye Playland in Rye, NY and try the Dragon Coaster. Again, great vlog and thanks for visiting NYC.

Awesome video! The Spook O Rama had changed over the years, those aren’t the original animatronics, I think some of the ones outside are, and the it’s shorter now, the track used to go to the other side and the cars would go under a waterfall into another building and loop around to the second building, (current one), The 1955 animatronics are still stored in that same building in back. The Tornado Roller Coaster was built 1926, someone set it on fire in 1977, sadly demolished in 1978, too bad I never experienced that one. Thanks for sharing your experience here in NYC’s Coney Island. I enjoyed more in the 70s when I was a child it had more rides and games from the stadium till the cyclone.. but I’m glad to see it coming back to life!😊❤

Excellent video Ryan. Honestly I love your documentary style content. I'm from the UK and I guess Coney Island is comparable to our Blackpool Pleasure Beach in terms of history, and a sort of decline in sea front attractions.
