Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives

I've got nothing else to say than just good for you, you found something that works and you stuck to it. I've been a casual watcher and honestly never noticed how big you were but the difference is huge when you show it side by side, so congrats on getting in shape, it's a great feeling and a great accomplishment.

This year I went from 230 to 180 and part of the way I did that was watching your videos to learn how to cook good food from fresh ingredients. I’m type one diabetic and eating right and exercising brought me down to pre diabetes levels of control for the first time in 30 years. Thanks for the work you guys do to bring that good info to regular folks
