Assault is already a crime! How about charging the criminals instead of democrat DAs releasing them with no charges?!

What's sad about this is that this law should have been a unanimous vote, but it wasn't.

Regardless of that, I'm glad it has been signed into law.

It's weird to listen to a man who speaks coherently with a message of compassion, and not an orange painted lump giving a deliberately belligerent and aggressive screed against all things civil.

It's going to take a while to adjust.

Joe's right of course. Hate is a dead end. Interestingly it's the opposite to what Trump offers.
Quite a contrast.
Bravo!

He needs his government to invent that memory modifier gizmo from Men In Black to make everyone forget that Covid-19 came from Wuhan, China.

Only question I have is: Are we going to record data related to the perpetrators of these hate crimes or just the victims?

This is a real President with a heart and soul, always thinking of others and not himself, o if only we in South Africa could have leadership of this caliber. God bless America and save Biden for many years, hate can have no place on this earth, true love can heal .

Go figure. A law that will ultimately be used to go after political enemies of both parties.

great to hear Asians will get better protection and hopefully better treatment. Unfortunately this bill will be considered racist when the accused are arrested.

So glad Joe has had a change of heart. It wasn't long ago that he didn't want his children growing up in a racial jungle.
