I’m in Chicago today with my M50 and a few lenses, including my grandfather’s Zeiss 50 from his Contax range finder. Your review lens has the characteristics of my lens and I am so glad to see an offering for my R6 that is not adapted. I think I will be ordering this one.

I was shocked at how good this lens is, both for the image, but even more so for the handling!

Love the shot of the pelican at 5:12, looking at the camera like "you sure that lens is sharp, mate?".

Thanks for this nice detailed review. Looks like a winner for sure, definitely worth giving a try. Hope mine performs as well as your copy.

I do like how it looks in B & W. Since I shooting with a Fuji X-s20, what the closest lens to this beast. Good video. Some great shots. Be safe.

I have the Pergear 35mm 1.6 with the m43 mount. It’s a sweet lens with fast manual focus. I think I paid $79.

I know they are quite different animals, but just wanted to remind anyone watching (and myself as well) how great the Sigma Art 35/1.4 is.

Hey Mark, love your videos! What's your method for manual focus? Do you use focus peaking, or some other method?

I wish this was m42 mount or some other mount that way you could use it with an autofocus adapter

Thx for the review. I already have the Ttartisan 35mm f/1.4 so I don't need this one.

Hello Mark. I just received the TTArtisan AF 27mm F2.8 AF for $133. I also received the 7Artisans 12mm T2.9 APS-C MF Cine Lens for $218. The 12mm on my FX30 is great. The 27mm AF lens works well too. Thank you for another great review.

Tempting BUT Christopher Frost's review was positively scathing. Odd and frustrating the review disparity :-(

And unfortunately, no EF or M mount available. Shoot, i'd even go for a screw mount, but no...
