I just tried this in a mini can. The minute I opened it, it reminded me of my mom's old Christmas mulberry candles. It tasted the same - like floral berry cough syrup. I could still smell it after i poured it out 🤢

I would have really liked just a straight raspberry coke flavor. As far as the spiced part I really miss cinnamon coke. I got some coke spiced to try hoping I like it better than you did Tony.

I never liked any of the "weird" Coke flavors, but this was pretty good. The "raspberry and spice" flavor is subtle, but it's noticeable enough. I've only tried the full-sugar version and I'm not sure about how pronounced the flavor is in the zero-sugar version.

I picked up the Zero Sugar and full sugar versions today. I have pretty much cut out full sugar sodas, so I had high hopes for the Zero Sugar. Let me preface my comments by noting I absolutely loved Pepsi Holiday Spice from around 2000. I even liked the Mountain Dew Fruit-Quake. Took a sip of the Zero Sugar Spiced and it was like drinking a Raspberry Pepsi Holiday Spice. I absolutely loved it. Raspberry really lingered after a couple sips. For the full sugar version, it seemed the spices overwhelmed the Raspberry. I thought it was ok but the Zero Sugar really hit with me. This won't make it as a permanent flavor. It's way too niche. What they need to do is just bring back Cinnamon Coke. I absolutely loved it. That would be my exception to cutting out full sugar. Or Lemon Coke. And bring TAB back as well. Loved the Pepsi Fire slurpee.

I'm in the UK and I've observed that UK sodas, because they're used with real sugar, have a "smell" in the sense when you smell a coca cola you know what it is. I've bought a couple of imported sodas, both American versions of coke, Mountain Dew etc; mostly due to the variety of flavours you have over the UK, what I've noticed is there's like a weird after taste with the US stuff? across the board. I can only imagine it's the high fructose corn syrup that you use in lieu of sugar?

My theory is they wanted to do just a raspberry Coke…prior to its release a Coke executive even said that the idea for the drink came from seeing how popular raspberry flavor is in the Coke freestyle machines…but they ended up cutting corners on the recipe in the name of finding something they could cheaply mass produce. When they realized the raspberry flavor wasn’t very good, they decided to call it “Coke Spiced” instead, hoping the bogus inclusion of some unnamed “spice” would attract younger consumers
