I'll get on those 2022 memories once I'm done dealing with the 1981 memories.

I can’t focus on his words because I am mesmerized by his two colored suit!

Profoundly true. I resolved one intensely pesky one from 34 years ago. And now, I feel better. Much, much better. Like transformed better. It’s worth it. Choose to confront those things *voluntarily*. It hurts. And it sets you free. Free in a way you couldn’t have crafted yourself. The freedom is given. And it’s magnificent. Once you’re ready, willing and able to confront those things. It took me decades. I’m not judging is anyone’s struggling with this for even longer. Because time does not heal all wounds. It takes effort, and voluntary exposure to those ghosts from the past. To anyone who needs to hear this: it’s worth it.

I love it when someone talks sense and was just confirming what I was thinking in the first place. Respect Mr Jordan Peterson 👍

It was spot on. God bless Jordan Peterson and all of those who are going through pain and suffering. There's a light after dark times.

This is true what helped we was not simply relive shit but also verbally reproces and reframe what happened, write down what you learned

My memories, traumas, past, and experiences have built a prison inside my mind.

Closure.
Secure boundaries.
Allow subconscious reprogram.
It gets better.
Thank you.

I’m currently doing this . In the last several yrs, I’ve had a lot of painful experiences. And I’m finally learning that in order to move on I have to let myself feel what comes up instead of trying to suppress to get rid of the pain .

Bad luck sucks.
Being played by a wealthy narcissist is another level and beyond horrible. Especially when you, others, friends, family, and innocent children are part of their sick schemes. Watching them play others, as they played you, is heartbreaking.

I love to do this, before i sleep sometimes i run through my worst or most intense moments, i thank god that i am alive and able to lay soundly in my bed, to reflect in a safe place, and that things did not go worse. There is much to gain from reflection so why run away? Its not like your reflection is gonna change for the better without analysis ;)

Narcissistic abuse, unfair treatment, being bullied, sexually and physically abused, being hated, cheated and abandoned, treated like dirt...yes no matter how u try to forget, it will always haunt u. Bad ppl do not feel remorse for what they have done to u, nor will most of them realize, they have destroyed the very core of your being...but, we grow, we learn, we anticipate, we become more aware, more observant, more protective of ourselves. We are wise beyond our years, more caring, we understand how it feels... that's the little good that came out of it, though we will never wish to go through such things again to reach this pinnacle of our lives.
