If You Could See Me Now (HD)

This video is dedicated to a young lady I did not know, but for whom I grieved none the less.

I was requested to prepare a video for the funeral of a young person at our church - the video with this same name by user “crbologna5”. Although that video is beautiful, it did not display well on our large-screen projection system; the image quality (230p) was so poor as to be distracting and I felt it would not serve the family well. So I undertook to remake the video in high resolution format suitable for large-screen projection. The original author did a wonderful job with themes and images so I used some of the same images where I could find the originals, and kept most of the same themes and transitions.

Many thanks to “crbologna5” for the overall design and themes of the original video. I hope this HD version is useful to those that need to make large-screen showings, and I hope it provides some comfort to those grieving the loss of a loved one.

I lost my son 2/5/2005, 20years ago. I had this song played at his funeral. I still miss him and think about him daily.
I dreamed of my son last night. It's been a long time since I did that. Today as I sat drinking coffee, listening to music; this song came up. It was God reminding me where my beloved son is. Thank you Jesus for giving us eternal life if we believe and accept Jesus as our Lord.
I love this song, it brings peace to the broken hearted.

My dear, sweet friend Stephanie went to dance with Jesus Sunday, January 9, 2022. She left behind two beautiful, strong, independent daughters and a lifetime of family friends. My dad died in 2000. I heard this song when I visited one of my friends churches in a moment I knew I needed this song for my dads funeral he hadn't passed yet but it was just a matter of time. I finally was able to find a cassette with the lyrics. I was able to play this for my dad while he was still alive and with it. With his blessing I played this beautiful song at my fathers wake. This song is so much a comfort to my heart. Loosing two brothers who were both polio victims since 1947 and one died in December 2020 and the other one just last month 6/20/2024. I never saw them without braces and crutches or in wheel chairs or on scooters. I can hardly wait till I join them in Heaven and see them free and walking the streets of gold!🎉❤
