Delicious Peri Peri Chicken Alfam Recipe
In this video, we talk about how to make a delicious Peri Peri Chicken Alfam dish. Ingredients
Chicken Lagan pieces-4legs
Dry chilli-9-10 or Kashmir chilli-13
Pepper corn-1tsp
Cashews nuts-8-9
Garlic-1full
Ginger-small piece
Vegetable oil or any oil-5tbsp
Coriander leaf
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Onion-1
Bell pepper or capsicum - 1
Vinegar-3tbsp
Chilli flakes-1tsp
Butter-3tbsp
Ketchup-1tbsp
Oven:
• Preheat the oven to 250°C.
• Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
•Reduce the temperature to 200°C and continue cooking for 30-35 minutes on each side.
Oven:

Air Fryer:
• Preheat to 200°C.
•Cook for 30 minutes on each side.
On the Stove (Open Flame):
