Look I'm financially hurting like a lot of people. I support this I want them to get the deal THEY want. If that means some pain...I'm sorry but they cannot produce enough replacements to fill any harms that come with people leaving due to poor conditions. I would rather have a short term issue over a long term issue. That being said the company CHOSE to not negotiate with them.
