I met Cate backstage in the spring of 1999 in London, after one of her performances of 'Plenty'. After a brief signing of an autograph, she took my flowers and turned the corner with her husband. A true beauty and a fine actor.

On Cate, since I watched her in the movie "Blue Jasmine", I fell in love with her, I always said; "this actrees was going to make history at the Oscars, and she made it".
