Aaron, just a suggestion, you should try and work a little on your breath control, I really do not know how, it maybe due to the microphone you are using but I am not sure about the reason, a deep hiss can be heard a number of times when you move into a new sentence, maybe you can try moving a mm away from the microphone, please take this only as a positive feedback and I don't mean to negate the great work you are doing in any manner whatsoever, would still keep watching your videos!!

One thing you haven’t mentioned is did they fix the slowdown in accessing the iphone XsMax with Face ID after upgrading to 12.1, try unlocking and then fail the first unlock and watch the second unlock get the same “key” animation that was happening last year on iOS 11 and wasn’t back until now.

I may be speaking too soon but two days in with the 12.1.1 public beta and so far (touch wood) the speaker issue seems to be resolved. The phone has been on since the update and I've had it in and out of the car on bluetooth a good few times. That top speaker hasnt dropped out on me at all.

Great video! No issues with 12.1.1 on my X and wife’s Xs Max. On my X Geek bench numbers are lower on 12.1.1 but actual user experience has been bug free and smooth on both updates! My friend said that on 12.1 that his text were having issues going though on iMessage for some reason and sms for some reason but that could be related to something else. Thanks for the updates! 🙏😀
