This seems to be a common thing with automotive YouTubers. They start out modest with basic car flip videos, the channel catches on, they start buying luxury and super cars, they get themselves under water and have to start selling off their collections in order to get their heads back above water. Hoovie seems to be going through the same thing.

Buy what the customers want, not what YOU like! The Bentley (or was it a Rolls?) Was not a good fit for the series for the sports car. A series "Flip cars of wholesale $7, 000 or less and sell for retail $10, 000 or less. How long to get to $75, 000? starting with only $4, 000?" THAT would be a good series the average person could relate to!

In terms of the previous potential buyer, I don't like that you are blaming him. 6, 500 miles isn't a huge deal on a 100k vehicle, but the difference between 6, 500 and 13, 000 is a different story. I can appreciate the difficulty of keep up with mileages for cars you drive, but we're not talking about a < 1, 000 mile difference here. That's 6 months worth of 9-5 commuter driving or about a year of half driving. I would expect as a buyer that someone goes through the entire lot at least once a month and does some quick verification of things. Verify miles, start the cars (which is needed anyway) and maybe check for CEL codes.

I think you need to take responsibility for it. You'd be furious if you thought you were buying a 6500 mile car and it had 2x that.

That 1990 Dodge IS from the 70's. Designed in 71, and refreshed in the 80's. Carried that chassis until 1993. Good trucks. I had an 87. Drove like crud compared to a GM or Ford, but they were very strong.
