Python script for Maya

Overlays Maya's timeline with useful info about animations gathered from active animLayer.
Tweaks to the visual appearance of this overlay allows creation of custom look, which will be saved for current user, and be reinitialized for next sessions.
Additional settings and functionality like marking keys as special, or zooming in to the specific animation part, or zooming out to the whole range are there to give some boost to animators.
