Thanks - & yes totally agree, it's a fantastic camera. I successfully use AF most of the time for wildlife and landscape videography. Overall it produces exceptional image quality- and have come from Canon. Will be getting another!

Just picked one up for a great deal, under 500GBP, been getting some cheap lenses too, can't wait to put it to its use!

If Panasonic continues to perfect the dynamic range boost (like Arri), they will show that smaller sensors are competitive with larger sensors without the technology; or at the very least the quality of the image and noise will be good enough for almost any application. Keep your MFT lenses y’all Panasonic has a plan, and it is good!

The whole thing that got me into M43 way back when...was the intro of the Olympus EP1 and the EPL1 (bought them both in Honolulu when they first came out).

As much as I love my GH5ii, I'm in desperate need of some of the new features and I can't afford to keep it alongside a GH7. I wish the GH7 had a full-width 60/50p open gate record mode...

I love my GH5mkii for video, but for stills? Ehmm, not so much. I don't know, it may just be me and my lack of skills, but when I compare the output with my ageless Nikon D750, the Nikon will always be my go-to camera when it comes to shooting stills.
For video, though, the GH5mkii is still unreal. I just need more practice in manual focusing, because the DFD AF breathing, especially with the Sigma 16mm f/1.4, is terribly distracting for viewers.
