As a Georgian from the Adjara region, I almost cried when he cut the khachapuri in half and spilled the contents on the plate 😢🥹

Before you start eating, you should always ask what dish to eat and with what. For example, in this case, how to eat this kind of Adjarian Hachapuri, you should first mix everything together, i.e. egg, butter and cheese, then tear off a piece of baked dough and dip the piece inside the Hachapuri. few facts:
1. If Churckhela is homemade, its will way much better.
1.2. churchkhela mustnot be sweet (too much)
1.3. it can be stored from 6month to 1 year.

2. Lobio is from Imereti and its no second place where you can find good lobio.

3. acharuli's taste depends if egg is from farm or not, and same about cheese. it must be from Achara.
3.2. YOU SHOULD MIX EGG/CHEESE/BUTTER before ate

churchkhela usually dont have added sugar, it only fructose sweatness and yes its healthy alternative and you can take it like bars and snacks on hike <3

I appreciate that you are interested in Georgian cuisine. ❤It’s very nice of you.I will give you one advice, you should eat mchadi with beans or with cheese and tomato salad. Mchadi with sulguni ( it’s a name of the cheese) with tomatoes salad is my favorite. Good luck guys

Happy you enjoyed the dishes and I hope you get to try many more great ones. LIKED the video! The stuff inside the tomato salad was Jonjoli, pickled sprouts which are from the local Jonjoli Bushes. Never heard of the Khachapuri index, learned something new (thanks for that). You cant draw a clear boarder, so the reason Georgia feels like Europe is because it is. We play at the Euros in football and we're culturally closer to Europe than Asia.
