From the guys who says this song is not literally means afterlife. According to Zacky Vengeance the song is about a man who dies early and finds himself in heaven. Upon entering, he realizes that he has too many things to do on Earth and to go back and make it right, he must escape from the afterlife.

Zacky must really read bible or whoever named their band because if you do sins, it will get back to you seven times the thing you caused and thats the meaning of their bands name and so as good deeds it will comeback to you seven times but dont expect too much because it will not come soon because God testing your patience and spiritual strength and molding you.
