My husband is Spanish and has a Spanish passport and we have two kids both with British and Spanish passports. I'm self-employed. Do I need a visa to live and work in Spain? If so, which one? Hi Skatz, I've arrived to Spain and am now confused but thought I had the process nailed. I was ready to book my TIE but have just seen a piece that says we need a padron certificate to get a TIE. Following the link it says I need an official address to get my Padron but we are currently in a Airbnb as we don't have an official address yet. Can you please enlighten me as to what my best options are as it feels like some catch 22 situation now 😩

Im a bit confused! So my partner (we are not married) has an Irish passport and I have a UK passport. My understanding is that she has freedom of travel as an EU citizen, but I would need the non lucrative visa, to avoid the 90/180 day rule. Do you mean that if im travelling with my partner, then I can enjoy the same freedom of movement within the EU that she has?
