WOW Southwest just doubled down on their horrific treatment and even called her a disruptive passenger when she did nothing wrong. They didn't even acknowledge kicking the other passengers off just for saying "You should be ashamed" to the attendant. The pilot should be called out too bc he gave the attendant permission to kick them off.

I believe the first stewardess got butt hurt because Susan was still trying to calm her dog. The second steward wanted to kick her off, it was written all over his face. Then HE got butt hurt because Sandy & her husband took Susan’s side and told him he should be ashamed of himself. So he goes & lies to the pilot so he can kick them off too. I know I will NEVER fly Southwest because I’ve seen too many videos from them treating people badly. 🤨

I have flown SW with a pet and never had a problem like this, even to where I had attendents asking if they coud see/pet my dog! Those attendents were on a power trip!

I don't understand why it's ok to have a baby on board, that might be crying or making loud noises, but it's not ok to have a puppy whinning a little bit in its closed carrier? Susan wasn't in the wrong at all here, she just tried to comfort her scared puppy while complying with what the attendants asked. The company definitely needs some kind of consequence for their lack of action after the fact.

The carrier was CLOSED!!! Susan was just trying to Calm the Fur baby down. Its ridiculous. The Flight attendants were on a POWER TRIP

I will NEVER give Southwest my business after they allowed this Power tripping crew to throw this woman and her puppy off the plane. Taylor is a man who's obviously miserable. The fact that so many other passengers left in protest of this poor behavior on the crew's actions should have been noted. She WAS following the guidelines and still was asked to leave is deplorable. Southwest is completely wrong and stating the crew is correct makes them even more horrendous. Glad American airlines are humans with hearts.

The male flight attendant was DEFINITELY on a power trip. He must have lied when asked what happened and stated that the carrier wasn’t closed when he approached the dog lady. As for the other two passengers…he violated their constitutional right to free speech by having them kicked them off the flight. I’m willing to bet that he lied to the pilot about the dog lady AND the row mates sticking up for her which caused the whole incident. That attendant should NOT be in any form of customer service.

I will never ever fly SouthWest! This just totally made my mind up for me. Between this and one other upload I am done with how they handle customer service issues.
This lady did everything she needed to do to comply! Her fellow passengers did nothing wrong! Terrible airlines along with Frontier they both need a big #Boycott or nothing will be done!
I am just happy they all made it home safe! Especially Sitka has a happy home now! 💜🐶✌

My daughter flies with her cat on Allegent Airlines and always has a good trip and a great crew! This is ridiculous! The lady was in the right!

After watching the whole video, I hear a discrepancy in the stories, puppy lady was soothing her puppy IN the bag, zipper closed as per at least two witnesses. The newspaper article states that the attendants said the bag was not zipped. Giving proper weight to both sides, Southwest attendants lied about the bag being zipped and of course were going to be believed over the customers. Puppy lady wins, Southwest sucks, and I will not use them because I have heard other stories about them and I don't trust them.

It seems to me that the puppy owner followed all the rules & these flight attendants were definitely on a power trip!
