Doesn't let me upload anything on the free trial, only lets me use the presets...

I get a network error when trying to convert the file to JEF format. My internet is working.

This just piss of junk, lack of feature than Truesizer pro. Why don't do the same like Adobe that can download full software to computer with subscription!

your video is mischievous you don't explain is online only and no app or software can be downloaded, so it basically its not worth it, you just want to charge a fee yearly. shame on this company.
