Inspector General Fireside Chat on Agile Oversight

On January 25, 2023, the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) held its first-ever Agile Oversight Forum. This day-long event featured multiple panels and presentations, including this one, from key leaders across federal, state, and local oversight offices.

This Fireside Chat kicked off the event and discusses the importance of agile work, what it looks like in practice, and how Offices of Inspector General can begin to move to a more agile posture. The panel features the Comptroller General of the United States Gene Dodaro, PRAC Chair and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, HHS Inspector General Christi Grimm, and SBA Inspector General Mike (Hannibal) Ware. The session is moderated by Matthew Winchell of the PRAC.
