Made from scratch in about 20 minutes. Both wrists were messed up in the last 10 or so frames due to an error I get with 3DS MAX. Can't seem to fix the cause of the error, and didn't feel like fixing it.

My wrists used to wobble around oddly on some of my animations. Did you copy your keyframe at frame 0 to your final frame? To fix my issue i had to copy the coordinates of each wrist manually for the last frame, if that make sense.

Your wrist issue is just Max rotating it the long way around to return to origin. As ManTuna said, you should manually copy the data for both position and rotation.
