Karrie Lynn, I wanted to offer a tip for using your paint tray. Put a trash bag over the tray and then pour in the paint. When you are done, remove the trash bag while turning it inside out. You can throw away the trash bag, and the tray is left clean and free of paint. Your tray will last and cleanup is easy peasy.

The room looks so pretty, I love the painting in there. It’s beautiful and definitely something I want for my home. The only thing I would do differently would be to paint the mirror trim the same as the vanity. Love the new faucet too. Enjoy the day.

I've used beyond paint several times now and I love it! If you want a totally smooth finish, use a 6 inch foam roller to apply it. It takes two coats for total coverage and you get a beautiful matte finish!
