I agree with everything except maybe changli. In the right content she can be great. She has such good aoe and is able to shoot all over the map which I find is jinshi's one weakness(ish). I'm sure every jinshi player knows the pain of "yes, dragon nuke. Everything must be dead. What!? What's this one random guy over here for?"
Also as a general overworld character changli is better. It's nit picky small stuff but I do think she should be in the same league as yinlin. She's not as good as jinshi but she should probably be in there

Just a thought for the content creator who found a way to do a 0:00 clear with Jinhsi - WuWa is sorely lacking "how to play xyz character" videos. Namely, what each character needs to get the most damage out of them, what rotation for which team and so on. I recently pulled Encore and I heard that she's getting more praise now that players have figured out how to play her, that she can be built as a hyper-carry or a quick-swap, but no videos on how to actually *play* the builds for max value.

Best I can get is reading up on it on websites and reddit posts.

There's just no way lingyan and chixia as dps characters are on par with calcharo. Should be at least in T2 or honestly in T3

If you manage the quick swap technik, encore is the best dps in the game 40 sec. in Tower 2-2 with a S1R1 Encore, Jinhsi's overall Team Dps cant compete with a Encore Team what is perfectly played.

Spectro Rover with the healing set isn't bad, she helped me go 30/30 on the latest ToA, which surprised me.

I understand Verina is in her own class thats just how everyone's tier list is but I can't understand how JJ the only other 5* healer/support is in T1? Even if this was only for the Tower. T1 seems low especially when we need 3 teams.
I have both Verina and Jinxian and realized just like with the geo arhcon Zhongli from GI why do I need to think about heals when they can't even break my shield.
Unless they release a character that can shield/heal/parry/buff and take 0 damage from bosses. I think JJ isn't going to be powercrept for a long time.
