good news TheWildAnimal13 i figured out why your features are restricted and turned off this is because your channel is an adult channel not a kids channel for that i'm giving you 50 R-rated movies that are not made for kids.
Remember lauren said hey do you remember what features will be disabled on kids channels well just read this line (I'll make another comment on the R-rated movies in another video after I written the features that Lauren (which is the Head of Family Partnerships at Youtube))
On the watch page on an every of any video that made for kids you will no longer see personalized ads monetization features comments live chat the notification Bell and playlist options and the ability to use the mini player. These are the features that Lauren said and also if your entire channel is set as "Made for Kids" and that's a no go also
your channel will not have Stories
