How to install Xiaomi EU rom on your Poco F3 (No TWRP Method)

In this video im installing Xiaomi EU Rom via Fastboot method.

In this video im assuming you have a computer and you have already unlocked your bootloader, so you can install a custom rom

If you haven't unlocked you boot loader follow this video (also need to wait 168 hours)

This is the Blue Pad i always have on my videos usually set at 60 Oc
I use this to soften adhesive on mobile devices.

my go to glue for almost everything now days!

Used to open ipad and remove glued back covers on phones

When using the heat gun near sensitive parts, its best to cover them
With this to protect them

The usual tape i use on most repairs, on screens

For things that need more Stick!,usually on tablet digitizers

A Simple Amp tester to see if your charger is actually putting out power

Is it worth it to change rom to EU? I'm using POCO F3 Global version and I really hate the poco launcher and the UI is not that really smooth yes it has 120hz but optimization is better than aesthetics.
