I love the clean your room drill… question though is how to keep the balls in the larger rectangle? I’m imagining all of the girls on my team just kicking it wildly!

Quite like crossfire. I would add in balls for the players running across so they could work on close ball control and dribbling.

Sorry to say, but these have to be easily the most useless drills in soccer history
