If the court didn't prepare the judgement at the time of announcement of judgment and the applicant filed application for obtaining copy of judgment and the court consumed 10 days to prepare the decree/judgment then in such situation the time period will be excluded. If the applicant didn't filed application for the obtaining judgment at the same day of announcement of judgment then the time will be excluded
