I have a lawn with St. Augustine grass with many dead snd smashed grass patches due to foot traffic. I think Kikuyu grass looks similar to Augustine grass? If I mix both grasses by planting Kikuyu grass in the dead patch areas, will the final lawn result into a similar looking mix of grasses? Or would I have done a mistake and done a mix of grasses that is not compatible and I'd have to go and kill out the Kikuyu? Thanks.

Which would be better to help grass grow and fill in bare dead spots, Scott’s topsoil lawn and garden conditioner or a blend of sand and black kow manure? Also do I have to remove some dead thatch before adding?

Dammit, wish I saw this video earlier. My aug is getting run over by crabgrass and I did a weed and feed that was 35-0-3. Next next two weeks crabgrass came in super thick.
