I finally have the financial means to collect manga physically and I splurged on the Sailor Moon Eternal editions! I got really lucky too because one of the bundles went out of stock shortly after I ordered. But getting all 10 volumes plus Sailor V for $210 was totally worth it for me, especially since I don’t plan to have a large collection (for now) and for a series that means so much to me.

I highly HIGHLY recommend Girl from the Other Side. The artwork is so so amazing and the relationship between the teacher and the kid is so pure, sweet and wholesome. The story can get a bit heavy, I cried a lot, but there is also lots of light and cozy moments.

I'd recommend alphabetizing because then you'll see entire series together including bundles and single volumes. It helped me out when I was trying to see what was available during the sale c:

Something else ppl do is make separate orders for in stock and out of stock orders. I've heard ppl say that to get free shipping for an out of stock order they'll add in stock items. Rightstuf will then ship the in stock stuff with your upcoming in stock order so long as it hasn't shipped yet. Not 100% if they always do that, but it was a suggestion ppl who were experienced with the birthday sale recommended!

I live in Canada so Rightstuf never ends up being a good deal for me especially with all of the extra costs for customs etc that they slap on. The minimum you have to pay for “free” shipping is also insanely high but as I said the customs fees end up being 200+ alone if you just want to get up to free shipping. Really glad you are picking up 20th century boys though! An amazing series and definitely worth it.

Friendly suggestion: Since you've ordered half of the english Wotakoi Omnibus volumes, I would suggest either selling those and getting the box-set, or just buying the remaing 3 volumes on sale. The box-set does also come with an exclusive sticky notepad...

In more GREAT news, Sweat and Soap is getting 2 box-sets. Box-set 1 contains volumes 1-6, plus an exclusive sheet of scented, sniffable stickers are included. Box-set 2 will contain volumes 7-11 completing the series, probably with an extra item too. I do highly recommend Sweat and Soap, if you like Wotakoi then you are pretty much guaranteed to like this too🌸

So I found out about right stuf earlier this year and then found out they have a yearly birthday sale about a month before it started and I planned to make larger purchases based off of what I heard about it (bundles, super cheap manga ect.) and didn’t buy manga for a while as I wanted to get the best first experience I can. Now, my wallet is currently struggling 😂 but the sale is almost over and I got sooo many series I had been wanting to collect for a while for such a great price.

For those that missed the early part of the sale, from what I heard, the very last week of the sale (which is coming up the week of 7/24 I believe) they bring back their bundles from the earlier weeks that aren’t available now for a slightly more expensive price (a couple cents-dollars really). For example: they had an AMAZING deal on all the bleach volumes that is gone now but should be coming back. There’s still time to get your favorite manga so check them out if you can 😉

Idk if anyone else has mentioned this but the girl from the other side actually has these hardcover, omnibus editions and they’re rlly pretty ! Each omnibus has volumes 1-3, and volume 1 is set to release on august 2 (according to B&N) so if ur interested in the series definitely check these editions out !!
