i been sober going on 4 years. i owe jelly and bunny so much gratitude they have genuinely helped me in this journey so much. i was on opiate from like 6 years old on, i finally got sober at 36 almost 37. I’m 40 now. I was drugged as a kid by my dad who was an addict. And then by the time i even realized something was not right and i didn’t actually “need” these pills i was a full blown addict and had never had a moment sober even growin up. my brain and body developed and grew while on major drugs. i have major struggles with depression and my body don’t produce no damn positive chemicals i don’t think. lol literally tho. Anyway i relate so much to Jelly and Bunny! i love them like i personally know them. it’s crazy. ❤❤❤

Jelly roll you are my inspiration. As a former drug addict. I been incarcerated I have hit rock bottom. But like you I came climbing back up to the top and my life is now better than it ever has been I have a great fiancé two beautiful kids a great job getting paid more money than I ever have.i now been sober 7 years life’s good to me so I try to be good to life and all the people around me! When i heard this song years ago it melted my heart as I was at the time in active addiction, dying from fentanyl. I used to sit in my car cry and sing along. When i thankfully went to rehab to save my life I didn't think was worth saving, they had music therapy and we were asked to pick a meaningful song to you to sing in front of everyone. I chose " save me" i barely made it thru the tears. This song really saved me thru rough times. I can't say it got me clean because only God did that, he intervened and saved me. Im proud to say im two years clean from drugs and alcohol. I listened to Jelly long before he got huge. His rap and all his songs about struggle are relatable. And, I will always love Jelly. I can't wait to see him live in Jax, FL w Struggle Jennings. Gonna be amazing

Then I watched a few videos and thought those were great. Just watched your documentary and I cried right along with you. I remember going to NADC in Nashville and "No Filter" came out I only knew about lil wyte at the time. But the song "one of them days" came out and that song just resonated with me so hard haha. Now here we are almost 10 years later and my mom who only listens to country music comes to me and says "have you heard that song, Save Me by this new singer named Jelly Roll"? You deserve all you're getting and it's been amazing and motivational to watch you receive all you've worked hard for! Don't ever stop growing!
