Best Books for learning Numpy in python, github and latex

This is one of the best books for learning Numpy, the python library. I really like this book - Effective Computation in Physics. It covers lots of different subjects including Pandas, Latex, basic python programming and data visualization. It also has a great section on github. If you're planning to use python as a research tool, this would be a great book to get.
