This is so fucking true. When you are stuck in your bed for 5 months because your lungs dont work… you have to take some souls to get to the next level of evolution. As shitty as that time was for me, I have some of the more surreal and lovely memories and moments of joy.

I might know a little something about having strength. I was an instructor for 25 years teaching fitness. I taught fitness classes during Covid for free because I was worried about peoples mental stability. Last year January 2022 I lost my daughter and in the same week I was diagnosed with ALS. But you know what I say? Fuck you ALS! I get up and I try to do some exercises no matter what it is. I am reduced to barely walking. I could no longer teach fitness or kickboxing. But I will never quit. There is a lesson and everything we go through. And to say that it was the hardest time of my life is an understatement. But I will get through this. And I will fight and this will not beat me because I won't let it. Never quit! Ever that's never an option. I'll be back some day teaching again. I always love your message on strength. Because we do have it in us. All of us do.Stay hard!
