Using the Power Paul scout 280 amp hour battery custom-made here in Australia. This set up can run the air conditioner and microwave at the same time. Replenished from the solar array on the roof. DC to DC charging from the vehicle is also used.

I like your set ups, especially this one as its the same caravan that we have, but you never show your cable runs from panels etc

It’s all manageable from the battery management system in Peak sun this was last all day.
What most people need to understand is the roof of their Caravan or camper is different to the next it’s all about as much solar as you can have and as bigger lithium battery bank as you can afford. It’s simple the more soul you have the better the larger the battery bank the better. As long as you have enough solar to keep up with the device you are running you are OK.
In the case of these air conditioners that I use on average they draw between 600 and 800 W an hour. Even then if you only have say 500 W of roof mounted solar you would just manage your power usage during the sun hours.

Nice setup and well wired up. Does the Rcd trip in the van if a Rcd test is carried out? I think the enerdrive run a MEN connector which allows the trip in fault

can that battery run a 240v bar fridge. I don't believe my fridge is a 3way. The sticker says Gas: Pentane 220-240V 50Hz 0.73A 106W
