Got it, professor! I am gonna buy all the used bulbs in the market and resell them as new. If anyone reports me, I will yell at em: It's probability! stupid!

I'm guessing mathematically speaking it is memoryless, but physically not, because the light bulb has been burned for time t, the physical properties of it's wires may change due to thermal expansion, material fatigue and etc., so the lambda in the equation may increase compared to the new light bulb's, and it's easier to burn out.
