Forge Minecraft Missing Libraries - How to Fix it

A Short Tutorial on how to add the missing Library Files if u got the
"We appear to be missing one or more essential library files.
You will need to add them to your server before FML and Forge will run successfully." - Error in Forge Minecraft.

Should also work for other versions than 1.7.10.

Forge Installer: (please download the Forge version matching your Minecraft)

this worked for me also, unbelievable that the infinity evolved download is missing these necessary files. I'd have thought they've been doing this long enough to iron out issues like this. Thanks for your help.

Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: class cannot be cast to class java.net.URLClassLoader and java.net.URLClassLoader are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')

this is getting annoying. why are none of these tutorials compatible with linux? I can't even start the installer because there are no libraries. I need the libraries to be put in place before I can start the installer.
