cambodian here, I literally just asked my mom the other day to make some for me and she gave me a freezers worth lol. our filling is similar to what we use for eggrolls except she likes to add lemongrass paste (krueng) and peppers to make them spicy.

I love to make & eat these stuffed wings… The 1st time I made these wings I was like omg.. but when I stuffed them the way u just did.. I was hooked.. I make them now once a month.. This month I make them with stuffed collard greens & rice… they was sooo good I almost bite my finger off… 😂😂😂😂…
