As an art teacher, I know that kids use art to translate their feelings. Kim should not be showing this to media. She should be talking to her daughter about her feelings. because clearly this means some thing

I think this may be how north expresses her emotions. Obviously if she goes to HER MOTHER, the woman who is supposed to guide her, all of her secrets will be spilled to millions of people because of Kim. Art may be her escape because no one will actually help her.
