My son suffers from serious anxiety, and works in I.T( Information Technology) and he battles with it everyday.There’s a lot of help out there..including doing some meditation and thought records ok?
Your painting is definitely a type of meditation, and therapeutic.

I love the way you just talk to us like we are all old friends. I have clinical depression and anxiety, so I understand - I think for me (an American), it's the politics, talk of war and revolution. Too crazy. I want to try doing acrylics - I have a bunch of hobbies. I'm learning from you about painting and will work on a fireplace mantle sized Santa and his sleigh and reindeer that I will paint on little details on the reindeer and sleigh, add some artificial greenery and glittered balls on the sleigh, and fill the sleigh with a bunch of packages. I might even pull out some chocolate wine!

I believe that the stress sometimes has layers much like paint does. lol " I'm gonna see if i can knock that back a bit, " "I'm not gonna worry about that because it will all get covered over later, ". Sometimes much the same.

How sad i am to hear such a nice man say he is struggling a bit. I suffered terrible anxiety and panic attacks for decades. By chance i put myself on a low nickel diet for another reason. Almost immediately my panic and anxiety disappeared and has stayed that way now for three years. I am 71. All the best.❤❤❤❤❤
