International Women in Engineering Day 2018

To celebrate International Women in Engineering Day 2018, we worked together with Dare To Be Different to host an event at our factory where our talented female engineers taught several groups of young girls what it takes to become an engineer in motorsport.

The challenges included a pit stop challenge, a STEM challenge and simulator training. They also went for a tour of the factory and even got to visit our top secret Wind Tunnel!
