This whole intro series is really well done, thanks mostly to the excellent speaker. The script is very productive, the phrasing very efficient and clear. Nicely done!

The information about noun and verb of aggregate is awesome. Like it, i learn more than 1 thing from this video :P

Tim Berglund is talking fast, but very well pronounced and prepared. He is indeed the best speaker in the Confluent universe.
In addition its very cool, that someone reflects about non native speakers, In fact this was the first time I expirienced this at all...and believe me there is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to sentences which includ words like federal, domain, government, ecosystem and so on...

Thanks for the nice video! 1 thing i dont' understand is why the serdes for value is Long? shouldn't it be songPlays.groupBy((songId, song) -> songId, Serdes.Long(), songSerdes) since the value is a Song object?

Really well explained - super helpful! Quick question - what is the smallest window size?

I told myself I'd stop at part 1 to make dinner but here I am, beguiled by the organ music and wondering what happens next.

Thanks! Very Cool Video!but I'm still a little confused about the "substractor".For example, when I'm doing some group by key and sum value operation, why should I need to do some removing operation?

Maybe they could rename aggregate to aggregating and aggregate to aggrestate.

Why couldn't they call it "state" or "accumulator"?
