i have only read the first book so far, but as an avid reader for a majority of my life i LOVE the world-building in this book. it’s so beautiful and the descriptions of the creatures just add to the dark fantasy aspect. it makes my heart sing.

I like Tamlin in the first one too, so confused when like everyone was like hating on him but like rysandar has my heart now that I’m on the second one ❤

I went into it almost blind as well! Feyre and Rhysand were the only names I knew as well. I also fell for Tamlin and think that’s the best way to read this book! Everyone loves the second book, but I think the first one often gets overlooked. There are so many good scenes with Feyre and Tamlin. It’s heartbreaking and beautiful.
