This is from the Murray the K 1963 "Big Holiday revue" show at the Brooklyn Fox, which is still available on wax or CD. If the end wasn't cut off, you would hear the MC refer to them as "Smokey Robinson & The Miracles" way back then. However, you can hear the whole performance by looking up "Murray the K at the Brooklyn Fox" (at 31:28 - the performance starts at 28:26) and you can hear Bill Murray introduce them that way that same year on "Mighty Good Lovin"" from their "Recorded Live on Stage" album (also on YouTube).
