The NEO iDSD is our new 3-in-one DAC/amp. With balanced ‘PureWave’ circuitry, unbeatable hi-res Bluetooth5.0 and MQA, it is the ultimate in hi-res playback. Place it horizontally or vertically to suit its surroundings.

The headphone amp stage maintains an engaging balance between sonic power and poise – no matter what it is tasked to drive. From high-sensitivity in-ear monitors to current-hungry planar headphones, it drives them with aplomb.

Variable or Fixed Mode?
This mode will determine whether or not the NEO iDSD analogue volume control is used. If outputting to an external device with the volume control, use FIXED mode, if not, select VARIABLE and use the NEO’s volume control.

Please note: The NEO iDSD must first be switched off to allow mode selection when powering on. Hold down the volume knob first, then press the power button to enter the Variable/Fixed mode selection.
Turn the knob to cycle between the two modes. Release to accept.

Does it have an output selector switch to choose between the heaphone outputs and the back outputs? For example, when using on desktop, I want to leave headphones connected and switch to xlr/rca variable outputs. If it has this functionality built in, does it remember the headphones volume when I switch back to them (to not blow them up)?

Does it do Bluetooth transmission, or only receiving?

P.S.: the remote looks cheap and flimsy. I think a phone app to control the Neo through BT would be a great addition.

Not sure how to contact for a concern I have about mine. My volume control started malfunctioning. Like its fighting with itself when I turn it up and down. I have to use the remote in order to control the volume. I don't know what to do. It's out of warranty.

Received mine today, it has scratches on the screen and so far wont turn on
