(Encanto) We Don't Talk About Bruno Shot Progression

I loved this song so much that I begged @animwoodsy to let me work on it 😂 I’m thinking this may actually be the biggest shot I have ever animated at Disney. Affectionately referred to as “the beast” (261 frames, 7 characters and a fish) You’ll see that the dance ref wound up not being exactly what I needed so I had to improvise. Huge thanks once again to my wife for helping me plan it all out. (All characters animated by me)

If anyone is wondering why they didn’t use motion capture, Cars was beaten by happy feet, a film using motion capture, so Ratatouille forth, they added a little symbol in the credits showing that the movie was not motion capture.
