Shorts are SO annoying. You see a recipe but they don't give the recipe. It's a con to make you watch so many times your eyes fall out and you want to break the screen. It took me 6 watches before I could understand 1 vital word needed. I give up. Blocking these reels. Some others at least the ingredients printed in the corner. It doesn't help that the accent makes it even harder to understand

the skins and seeds from these tomatoes are gut busters. I would use San marzano tomatoes
