Everybody giving reasons for the S7 being slower opening apps( yes it is slower) is wrong. They say an agent is only as good as his information and that is the case here. Both of these phones are good agents with the S7 being the better one, but in every android phone there is a setting called animation speed. This is the speed/time of the animation that plays every time that you open an app. The animation speed can be adjusted on both phones making it look like apps open in an instant, but in this current stock mode of the phones the C7 has a faster stock animation speed. Remember that animation speeds can be adjusted in Developers Menu.
