STOP Going To Orange Theory 5x/Week...👇🏼

If you’re spending $150+/month at a boutique fitness studio and not seeing the results you want...this is your sign to STOP overtraining cardio and START following a plan with more of a strength training focus.

Although I truly believe the best form of exercise is the one you enjoy, I also think that jumping on a treadmill in zone 2 and 3 cardio everyday might make you ~feel~ like you’re getting a really great workout. But doing that 5+ days puts your body in a state that increases cortisol and you’re not resistance training at an intensity that truly creates results. In my opinion, you need heavier strength training workouts 3-4 days a week.

All that said, about once every couple weeks I meet a girlfriend for an Orange Theory class; it's a fun way to catch up on the treadmills!

MONDAY: Full Body (Arm Focus)
TUESDAY: Lower Body (Quads and Glutes)
WEDNESDAY: Cardio and Core
THURSDAY: Back and Shoulders
FRIDAY: Full Body and Abs
SATURDAY: Rest Day
SUNDAY: Rest Day

I went to orange theory 3-5 days a week for 7 years and I never had results until I stopped going and strictly weight trained and did walking and biking for fun. Screw OTF

I’m just curious if you mind that as you get more muscle you have less of your feminine attributes! I know a lot of women don’t lift because they don’t want to look masculine and it’s def true that it does happen! I think you look beautifully buff but is there a limit as to how buff you wanna look?
