Microsoft CEO on A.I. race: 'Not a given' that Alphabet or Microsoft are the only two games in town

I wouldn't bet on microsoft or apple. They're really behind on the AI front.
They'll develop and incorporate it into their product line, but they certainly wont lead.

How does someone/ anyone "regulate" something they don't understand? The power to regulate is the power to destroy. I fear over-regulation far more than I fear AI.

They need to remove this Lima Khan. She’s only trying to make a name for her self by attacking big tech. So what is big tech supposed to give the keys to smaller companies and be like here take all of our work and research. Like is Apple supposed to give away its App Store to all the smaller stores. Individuals can write their own apps and create software. The issue is can the individuals software and content be seen by others. That’s regulatories problem. Apple shouldn’t have to provide free marketing for all these indi apps on their store. Maybe the government should get off its own Butt and make a public place to support smaller companies. Why should big tech hand the keys to their company’s over. That bs. Lima Khan is a feminist who wants to fight everyone. Smaller companies have great ideas and can see things larger companies can’t. But larger companies are more productive and can help impact lives and protect us. Sure Lima Khan let’s give our cyber security to a 30 person company with no resources or backups. When our country and infrastructure gets hacked and destroyed we can thank Lima Khan. But as long a the little got to have its way it doesn’t matter that our whole country falls. This woman’s views are so short sighted. I hope Microsoft sues the F out of the FTC. And gets this idealistic fool out of the FTC. I’m a democrat and I can’t stand her.
