thank you for this upload! although its been a while ago, i just found this series. working on my jango back plate now in 6mm sintra. this will hep alot figuring out the angles. i thought to try clamping a hardboard cut out of the center flat part first to help retain that center shape.

another reason not to use hot glue: from my experience it does not stick to sintra at all. if you try and assemble sintra with it, it will fall apart, and it will roll out of seams filled with it.

Fabulous tutorial. Thank you. I did my whole kit from 2-3mm Sintra. What I am finding out now is that the paint is flaking. What do you use as primer?
