INGREDIENTS
- 1 fish of your choice (I had a skorpina but you can use any fish you like) (800g)
- 2 onions
- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 150ml white wine
- 200ml olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
METHOD
1. In a pan, add a little oil at first and sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes until they become translucent.
2. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and hot paprika. Sauté for 3 minutes, then deglaze with white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate for 20 seconds, cover the pot, and continue cooking on medium heat for 10 minutes.
3. Next, add the fish, lemon juice, and the remaining oil. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium to high heat, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Do not use a spoon or fork in the pot. Instead, shake the whole pot at intervals to prevent the food from sticking, as we are cooking over high heat.
